This is the candle that smells like where we make them. Peregian Beach — the village, the national park trails, the walk through banksia and paperbark to hit the sand.

Fir needle and leafy greens up front, warm clove and jasmine through the heart, grounded by patchouli and eucalyptus. It's native Australian botanicals with a coastal edge.

First Flame was born here, in a beach shack 200 metres from the water. This candle is the closest thing to bringing you there.

• 270g — Soy & coconut wax
• Cotton wick (lead-free)
• White glass jar with white metal lid
• Approx. 48 hour burn time

Care

First burn: Allow wax to melt to the edges on your first light (roughly 2–3 hours). This sets the candle's memory and prevents tunnelling.

Trim your wick: Trim to 5mm before each burn for a clean, even flame.

Burn time: Don't burn for more than 4 hours at a stretch.

Storage: Keep away from direct sunlight and heat when not in use.
